At Mana for Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. Every piece is crafted to be a durable companion on your journey, backed by our commitment to quality.
1. Returns (Change of Mind / Sizing)
If your jewellery is not quite the right size or not what you expected, we accept returns for a credit note that can be used online. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Timeframe: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Credit Note: All approved returns for change of mind or sizing will receive a credit note for the purchase value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Free from scratches, blemishes, alterations, or signs of wear or tear.

Returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

No returns on sale items unless deemed faulty (in which case, see Section 3).

Gift cards.
Gift Returns:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift (i.e., the gift giver received the order), we will send the credit note to the original purchaser.

Shipping: It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking, as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged in transit.
2. Our 12-Month Quality Guarantee
Your confidence in our jewellery is paramount. Therefore, all Mana for Men jewellery is covered by our 12-Month Limited Guarantee from the date of shipment. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and any failure of functional components (e.g., clasps, cords) under normal wear.
We will replace or repair any piece that arrives in less than perfect condition due to transit mishandling or suffers a defect within the 12-month period. Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Mana for Men.
Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
The 12-Month Limited Guarantee is a testament to our craftsmanship, but it is not an insurance policy. It excludes, but is not limited to, damage due to:

Ordinary wear and tear, including dullness, surface scratches, or fading due to improper care.

Theft, disappearance, or loss (including loss of individual stones).

Misuse, accident, alteration, or abuse (e.g., dropping, heavy impact, exposure to chemicals, or improper repair by an external party).
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Warranty Claims
All goods purchased from this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Our 12-Month Limited Guarantee operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
